An Exciting Second Term
Huntersville is an incredible place to live, work and play. One of Huntersville’s many assets is that this community is tight-knit. Sometimes it is hard to believe that we are 52,000 residents and GROWING!
Here is a small recap of the last two years.
These last two years have been exciting as Huntersville welcomed many new businesses to our community including Burkert Fluid Control Systems, Truilant Federal Credit Union, Art with a Twist, and Publix. These are just a few of the new businesses both large and small that have made Huntersville their home. There will always be work to be done to ensure Huntersville is as business friendly as possible but improvements have been made. It is up to the Town Board to ensure town policies are conducive to business and job growth and I will continue to keep business in the forefront.
Huntersville has been in planning mode for upcoming road improvement projects. I believe that these projects will help our citizens get to where they need to go more efficiently. With plans for improving the Hwy 21 and Gilead Rd intersection and new connector roads around the intersection we should be able to traverse north/south and east/west in a timelier manner. The planned improvements for our downtown traffic will also help our residents on the east side of Huntersville.
I believe that Huntersville is a very special town and we need strong, level-headed leaders that can lead our town into the future.
Together we can make a positive impact on Huntersville’s future. Please get involved and let’s keep Huntersville moving forward.
